Another MS update

A note Elder Mike Ivey sent to the Lewisville PBC this evening:

I just received a call from Elder Lonnie Mozingo Jr. He had just delivered supplies to 3 PB churches in Southern Mississippi for distribution to neighboring communities. He indicated the scene is beyond comprehension. There is no gas and people who are trying to leave the area are stranded on the hiways. They had to carry enough fuel with them to make the delivery and get back. They delivered medical supplies, water, tarps, toilet paper, non-perishable food, etc. He is heading back to Atlanta to get more supplies and will be returning tomorrow night. He urged me to contact anyone I can to ask for more help. He indicated people are dying from dehydration and lack of medical attention. When he arrived at Ideal PB Church some members were there trying to remove fallen trees off the church. One 70 year old sister collapsed in his arms. She had eaten very little and had little to drink for 4 days. They delivered a generator to another brother who had been without needed oxygen supply due to lack of electricity.
