I love this picture-- it is so thoroughly and completely symbolic of the Rather Astounding Friendship of Claire and Mary-John. It is not astounding because they are unlikely friends, because in fact they are perfect and practically meant for each other, but it IS astounding because of the, ahem, 'behavior' it produces-- they are outrageously silly, but they take their silliness very, very seriously. Like sitting at a computer wearing wigs and hats and not even thinking about it.
